From above analysis the following conclusions can be drawn:
1. In location Xian variety Da and Xiao have more genetic simillarity than that comparing with variety Dou.
2. In location Cheng variety Da, Sha and Gou have very close genetic relationship
3. In both locations Xian and Cheng the prickly ash plant traits and fruit traits have significant correlation. For fruit traits fruit diameter takes a comparative  major role in this correlation.
4. Among all the 6 prickly ash varieties Da( in location Xian) and Xiao have the highest fat percentage .

Management Implications

For breeding new prickly ash variety, the variety Da (in location Xian) and  Xiao cannot be used. However, the the varieties in location Cheng cannot be selected, either. For variety Da that in location Xian has higher fat percentage than that in location Cheng. So it appears that the climate of location Xian is more suitable to plant high quality prickly ash comparing with location Cheng.
