Fig 6:  This figrue shows that variety Dou can be roughly categorized into one group, and variety Da and Xiao into another group. This means variety Da and Xiao  have more similarity in genetic relationship, and variety Dou has less genetic similarity with them.

Fig 7: 1 represents the second cluster; 2 represents the third cluster; 3 represents the first cluster. From this figure it can be seen that,  by comparion of dc1, the distance between the middle part of 3 and 2 is about 4,  and that between 1 and 2 is about 2. This means that generally speaking cluster 1 and cluster 2 are more adjacent, however, the distance between all these clusters are not large.

 

Fig 8:  It seemed that he numbers are randomly categorized, which shows the genetic relationship of these 3 varieties are significantly approximate.

Fig 9: 1 represents cluster 2; 2 represents cluster 3; 3 represents cluster 1. It can be seen that by comparison with dc1, the distance between  the middle part of cluster 1 and 2 as well as cluster 2 and 3 are both around 4, which means that the difference between all these 3 clusters are not large.
